3 September 2025, Yardley, PA – Healthcare Building Solutions (HBS), a national leader in integrated healthcare project consulting, has acquired Envision Planning, a Denver-based firm with two decades of experience in medical equipment planning. The acquisition further strengthens HBS’s capabilities, adds depth and diverse expertise to its teams, and positions the firm for sustained, long-term growth while expanding its national reach. The integration brings together two trusted names in healthcare consulting, combining HBS’s national expertise in equipment planning, digital technology, transition and activation planning, and regulatory consulting with Envision Planning’s dominance in the Mountain West region.
